*monitoring inventory stock levels and ensuring timely ordering towards suppliers *informing sales department on items that are not availible. Informing them on lead time. Ordering from alternative supplier if needed. *organizing delivery of ordered items *calculating moving prices on demand *tracking backorders *collecting and analyzing offers from suppliers *tracking raw material prices and negotiating new prices with suppliers when needed *negotiating special project prices when needed *taking part in making forecasts with help of sales department *maintaining material master data in SAP system: -creating new materials -maintaining existing materials and related inforecords -maintaining material requirements planning (MRP) values in agreement with sales dpt and product managers -creating reports regarding procurement department (from SAP at time being; in process of learning to work in our BI system)

*organizing loadings of ordered items: arrangeing details about dates, items and order of truck loading in factories with suppliers *gathering documentation from suppliers and transport companies *booking incoming invoices (SAP system) *provideing warehouse workers with receipts of goods *responsible for all claims towards suppliers (wrong pices, missing items, broken items etc) *booking credit notes in SAP system *responsible for complete process of organizing export to EU or non EU countries

*creating offers for small customers in SAP system *creating customer's orders in SAP system *communicating with customers and procurement department regarding lead times *creating output documents (picklists and delivery notes for warehouse workers) *creating invoices for dispatched orders in SAP system *taking care of old orders (deciding with customers on cancelling or keeping open orders in the system) *communicating with department manager on missing items

With all duties on previous position in Ina Industrija Nafte also responsible for: *supervising staff *approving fuel and stock orders *being in charge of ordering and stocking supplies *ensuring the facility meets health and safety regulations *managing inventory *training new employees *ensuring that all environmental and safety regulations are met, such as those related to fuel storage and handling

*welcoming customers and helping with gas refill *offering other products *work on cash desk *making sure that the gas station facilities are clean and safe for customers to use

*taking orders and serving food and beverages to guests
