* Responsible for performing quality review of the foreclosure process after the foreclosure sale; including a detailed quality check of documentation, timelines, investor, regulatory and company guidelines, financial information, and foreclosure actions. Have to conduct more extensive research and investigation and partner with LOB for more detailed information. Take action on foreclosures that should be rescinded. * Major Accomplishments Include: *  Established crucial relationships with LOB partners *  Creating and Testing new Pilot Systems *  Final Review on Executive Calibration which are sent directly to the OCC *  Quality Review of Associates daily production.

Primarily responsible for generating high volume workloads that conform to state and federal guidelines as well as consistently meeting and exceeding aggressive mortgage quota goals. Additional responsibilities include performing quality control reviews to ensure all legal documents are prepared accurately and completed before the deadlines and establishing key efficiencies to further improve current line of business practices. Major Accomplishments Include:  Successfully met and exceeded the goal of preparing and producing over 50 Assignments and Affidavits hourly  Completed mandatory compliance LPS training to ensure our line of business process and procedures are updated and meet critical compliance standards.  Received certification as a Public Notary of Texas on 9-14-09 and successfully notarized an average of 50 documents per week  Achieved the October 2010 Top Performer Award and was recognized by senior management.  Partnered with the foreclosure team and established new foreclosure workflow process maps that efficiently complies and meets legal guidelines.
