I solve problems.

In 2024, I launched a new lecture on cognitive science in the design and development of digital goods. I was focused on biological bases and psychological fundaments of how we interact with products or services and what can make them harder or easier to use. In 2023, I launched a new lecture on team dynamics in product and project teams. Leveraging social science - mostly experimental social psychology and theory of organization - and personal experiences, students receive a solid starting point for future experiments in their day-to-day and directions for further knowledge explorations. In my lecture on business models (2017-now), I showcase requirements gathering in PMI, Agile, and Lean methodologies. During the workshop, students work on their projects or business, and the goal is to equip them with simple risk assessment tools.

Our primary focus is delivering value to our partners’ ventures, not just lines of code or a new app feature. We support companies in becoming more agile and help them find a balance between business and tech to avoid errors and overengineering and make projects flow more efficiently.

In 2018 I created and wrote down ten exercises to enhance problem-solving as a part of an educational supplement for schools. Starter Pack is part of a more significant project (http://starter-pack.pl). In 2020 Starter Pack team asked me to write about career planning. I've created ten exercises designed to help understand a few essential variables around one professional future: budgeting, motivation letter and resume building guidelines, one-side meetings, and narrowing one predisposition and talents. And how to plan and build a career around your straight.

In March 2020 UXPin has been acquired by Xenon Partners.

I've defined, shaped and paved UXPin's development framework. Alongside team I hired, we make it part of company DNA. We deliver on time and in scope. I think in frameworks; I don't see problems as something unique; I like to stay agnostic regarding methodologies, as you shouldn't build cults around tools.
