I am a strategic finance and accounting leader with 15 years of experience spanning public and private accounting. In my current role, I lead the accounting functions, internal controls, financial reporting, and financial analysis for a leading real estate company with more than 100 properties/25,000 units across the Southeast US. My focus is on delivering accurate financial insights, strengthening controls, and maximizing efficiency to support sustainable growth.I bring significant international experience, having served as Internal Audit Head of the Americas Region at Dole plc, the world’s largest fresh fruit and vegetable company. Earlier in my career, I worked as a consultant at Grant Thornton LLP, supporting clients with global operations, and as an auditor for Chiquita Brands. These roles gave me deep exposure to multinational business practices, risk management, and process improvement across diverse industries and geographies.I am a CPA and hold an MBA from Wake Forest University School of Business.
