I worked as the lead photographer as well as a project manager for all shoots. The project management side of things required client communication where I would walk them through a creative brief. Following the initial call, I put together a production deck, booked models and hair and makeup, put together a shoot timeline, and a shotslist. I would then present the production deck to the client and make any changes requested. From this point on, I was the contact for the client and would communicate with them leading up to the shoot day. I continued this communication with the client post shoot as well as culled and managed the images until they were passed off to the editor.
