MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AN DUTIES • Source, Validate and Negotiate the required good and services by employing best practices and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) to provide the best Pricing, Quality, Delivery and Payment method to the Organization. • Provide Recommendation through Bid Tabulation derived from RFP or RFQ from shortlisted suppliers to meet the business requirements. • Award orders with selected suppliers by creating Purchase Orders or Contracts through existing Procurement System (if applicable) in line with organizational requirements. • Assist in resolving disputes by providing required documentation for any discrepancies in Purchase Orders or Contracts. • Ensure Compliance by adhering to Government Regulation, Company Guidelines, Purchasing • Policies and Procedures to mitigate risk in accordance to Business Ethics. • Provide required reports for the assigned projects or commodities to help the Company in making decisions by keeping the required tracker updated on a weekly basis or as need arises • Assist in Suppliers Review by submitting Performance Details as reference for providing feedback and recommendations. • Act as a liaison between suppliers and involved departments to resolve procurement related issues. • Ability to handle strategic sourcing projects, urgent purchases and other critical transactions. • Perform any other duties as assigned to meet the business requirements

• Work closely with others in the procurement function and review opportunities for continuous improvement and business improvements. • Manage the level of stock held by a company. • Track and maintain stocks level and inventory. • Ensures that all materials and products purchase meet all the needed specifications based on the requirement of client. • Locates key suppliers and negotiate purchasing agreements with them on behalf of clients to get higher quality of goods at lowest prices possible. • Attend to the preparation of canvass papers, preparation of bid documents, issuance of notices and invitation to bid, notices of bidding conferences, resolutions, and notice of awards. • Develop aftermarket sales plans and utilize a hands-on approach to penetrate and increase sales. • Submits proposals by referring to technical specifications, cost estimates and product literature prepared by the aftermarket and service department. • Cooperating with team to determine essential strategic approaches for sales. • Maintaining and expanding customer relationship through consignment contracts.

• Assist in analyzing engineering procedures and in coming up with alternative and practical method without sacrificing the overall quality of the services. • Assist in modification and developing existing services and processes. • Conducts water treatment tests and for new & existing formulation. • Conducts Lab scale and trial run. • Assist in providing Memos for new method and ensures proper/smooth flow of information for all service technicians. • Creation of SOP Manual (Standard Operating Procedures) for new systematic method and revision for existing procedure. • Collaborates with other supervisors/team leaders to coordinate operations and activities within or between departments.

Help coordinate repair work, statutory safety inspections and supply of new plant and equipment with production schedules. • Participated in reviewing proposed new equipment designs to assess reliability, ease of maintenance and availability of replacement parts. • Handle basic production issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
