•Reception and management of orders in (JDE/ERP) and communication channels. •Analyzes and treats requests in timely manner. •Verifying the supply sources (Local purchase, field purchase, ex-stock or upstream). •Checking and verifying order data in terms of required delivery date, delivery address, financial data, item code, description...etc. •Records and files all documentations pertaining to the process of the order, registers and transmits customer’s claims and remarks. •Updates the logistics dashboards and provides required statistics to stakeholders,customers,logistician. •Follow up of orders status with various logistics departments (Warehouse, Purchase and Upstream) to ensure deadlines are met. •Ensuring timely processing of all submitted orders and minimizing deadstock in the warehouse. •Ensures that the required documentation is correctly established to clear import/export items Initiate and process exemptions with concerned Jordanian authorities for ICRC diplomatic importations. •Handle the customs formalities in coordination with clearing agents and colleagues from Impex, supply chain, warehouse, and other units for all JOR Delegation incoming and outgoing shipments in line with the Jordanian law and customs rules. •Receive and expedite freight out of the country in collaboration with external commercial parties. •Follow up and coordinate with points of origin and HQ to ensure all shipping documents are obtained and accurate.

•Coordinating with suppliers, agents, trucking companies, clearing companies and shipping lines to ensure timely and cost-effective shipment of goods. •Preparing and processing shipping documentation such as bills of lading and booking details by using shipping line's websites. •Providing clients and agents with competitive pricing quotes for shipping services based on market conditions and shipping routes and negotiate them to gain the business. •Preparing detailed weekly, quarterly, and annual reports including market conditions, trends shipping costs, and demand for services. •Collaborating with sales teams to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients. •Issuing documents and invoices then keep following up with concerned parties till settling the payments and closing the Job-files. •Handling and developing project plans, quotes and schedules, and coordinating with relevant parties such as international agents to ensure that project scope is met.

•Providing Production stability through the use of Heijunka,reducing inconsistencies due to large number of products. •Taking ownership of the daily shipment plans for all sales channels. •Acting as a link with customers, suppliers and 3PL partners. •Identifying the process bottlenecks and coming up with the best solutions. •Implementing the 5S in the automated production lines.

Participated in the Students Exchange Program of German Jordanian University, i took courses in Global integrated Logistics, Global Sourcing/International Procurement and Strategic Management.
