- Rotate across 3 SEA countries, through multiple functions of Supply Chain including: Brewing, Packaging, Logistics - Deliver projects to improve current process, way of working, including: + Reduce 30% breakdown incidents at canning and bottling line (Singapore project base) + Improve warehouse productivity by 20% by redesigning warehouse layout (Malaysia project base) + Train warehouse & customer service staffs new way of working (Hanoi project base) - Develop multiple skill sets, including: change management, analysis, warehouse & transport planning, vendor management, process optimization, TPM

- Make sales call to key customers in Ho Chi Minh City - Consult customers on production automation solutions - Manage after sales services

• Do ABC analyis for a portfolio of 2,000 SKUs • Consult the company on S&OP process • Develope KPIs for forecasting process and supplier performance measurement.
