Experienced Process & Production Engineering Leader with a strong background in metal electrolysis, refining, manufacturing optimization, & process development. Successfully led metal electrolysis, crystallization, refining, and casting operations, ensuring high production efficiency and quality control. Proven expertise in process improvement and cost reduction, having increased 99.99% electrolytic tin production generating $875,000 in additional monthly revenue through process development projects. Pioneered an alternative tin purification process using crystallization & vacuum distillation, reducing production costs. Roles & Responsibilities 1) Drive internal team for quality improvement as a team leader & analyze monthly quality performance. 2) Conduct product & process quality audit & ensure timely closure of all CAPAs. 3) Monitor NPI activity yield & provide complete quality package & drive RCCA or work to change de-sign in order to improve product quality before convert to sustaining product. 4) Prepare for line, UL, NEMKO, customer & all other annual audits from external parties. 5) Communicate with customer on all quality related issues. 6) Lead investigation for customer complain by providing RCCA, CAPA, 8D report, process mapping.
