I am Dandria Clark. I have worked in the field of Procurement and Contracts for the past 11 years. My specialization is in the area of Health and Human Services, capitalizing on the following services: Children, Youth and Family, Behavioral Health and Crisis Services, Aging and Disabilities, Public Health and Special Needs Housing. On the state level, I have worked within the sovereignties of Maryland and Virginia. On the county level, I have immense knowledge of Procurement and Contract functions within the jurisdictions of Prince Georges and Montgomery counties. While working on contracts funded by the Federal government, I also have vast knowledge on reporting and compliance requirements particularly within the Departments of Health and Human Services, Education and Housing and Urban Development.
