As an expert laboratory technician and experienced pre-clinical study manager, I bring wealth of knowledge from both graduate school and the biotech industry. My extensive background has equipped me with a diverse skill set, allowing participation in various tasks, including hands-on in-vitro and in-vivo experiences. I have successfully managed and scheduled several large-scale studies, such as toxicology studies, in collaboration with assigned CROs. Additionally, I adeptly leverage AI technology to optimize and streamline workflows, ensuring efficient and accurate results Through my lab experiences, I have acquired skills in cell culture (both cell lines and primary cells such as BMDMs), ELISA assays, western blotting, RT-PCR, and lab animal-related works including genotyping, intravenous/intraperitoneal injection, animal modeling, and organ sampling. Beyond my experimental expertise, I possess strong problem-solving abilities, effective communication skills, and adaptability, all of which contribute to achieving successful study outcomes.
