Concord Hospital is a multi-million-dollar Charitable Organization that exists to meet the health needs of individuals within the communities they serve. Co-led the conception of an organizational wide coaching program. 1-on-1 employee coaching for career and personal development. Led management training sessions covering product and user knowledge of Workday. Recruited to help drive the testing and implementation of a new HRIS (Workday) for the entire organization. Successfully recruited for and filled 350+ positions, supporting multiple departments (IT, Clinical, Facilities/Operations, Senior Administration and Professional Development). Partnered with senior leadership across the value chain (clinical and non-clinical) to help define a successful hiring process, as well as directly supporting all hiring initiatives within their respective teams.

ClovHR (pronounced "clover") was a failed bootstrapped global PEO start-up. We built the internal framework for the business and completed a handful of signed contracts with network partners. Utimately the business died on a vine when we were in the middle of building out the technology backbone. Before shutting the business down, we completed several consulting assignments for multi-national start-ups that were opening up their U.S. based operations. TriNet is a Strategic Partner for Small and Mid-size businesses for HR, Benefits, Payroll, Employment Law and Risk Reduction. Recruited back to TriNet by the Executive Director of Human Capital Consulting to help develop and buildout TriNet's search practice. As a Senior Executive Search Consultant, I worked within the Strategic Service arm of TriNet and partnered with the founders and executive decision makers for our clients to help them build out their leadership teams. Managed the entire recruitment function across multiple disciplines including, Finance, Sales, Marketing, IT, Engineering, Business Development, Product Development, Human Resources and Professional Services. Successfully completed over 70+ retained searches at the executive and senior leadership levels. Over 90% of searches completed were with passive candidates that were directly sourced. 98% successful placement rate, with 87% stick rate. Created and implemented a communication strategy (direct and indirect) to reach passive candidates that lead to a successful response rate of over 60% on candidates contacted.
