Lead a laboratory of 14 research assistants working on various projects in the field of social psychology. Review literature and conduct interviews with participants to investigate the implications of stereotype threat and perceptions of race-based medical treatment.

Manage two projects aimed at diverting waste from landfills and changing attitudes to consumption: Swap Shop at UGA, a free store on campus aiding in the development of a circular economy and the Water Bottle Reclamation Initiative, a program for the collection, reconditioning, and donation of used water bottles. Regularly facilitate collaborative waste reduction efforts with 9 buildings on campus by installing recycling signage, hosting zero waste programs, and conducting waste and recycling efficiency audits.

Maintain large databases, managing and digitizing confidential information regarding current and former students among other administrative tasks as well as planning and organizing events.

Worked with high school students providing individualized instruction, created class-wide lesson plans for 60 students, managed grading systems, and created a professional communication environment.
