As CEO I was responsible for: -Vision and Strategy: Define GameTree’s vision, growth goals, and roadmap for product innovation and user engagement. - Build and Lead Team: Recruit and manage a team, ensuring operational alignment with strategy. - Funding and Partnerships: Secure investments and establish key industry partnerships to strengthen GameTree’s position and resources.

Nika-Text Plus is a new-generation manufacturer. We combine software, data science, and top professionals to become one of the largest government suppliers, specializing in the production of special equipment for the military, police, and other specialized agencies. The company was awarded the “Best in Public Procurement” award in 2021, 2023, and 2024. As CEO and founder of Nika-Text Plus, I was responsible for: - building all processes and the team from scratch, - defining strategic and tactical approaches to enter the market, - managing finances to ensure sustainable growth, - creating a profitable and scalable business model, - and establishing an efficient production chain.

As part of a program to support startups and businesses, I provided consultancy for companies to secure funding, scale, strategy, and business goals.
