I work on end to end supply chain operations across Europe to ensure the timely, cost effective and efficient movement of goods by optimizing all logistics processes. With a focus on operational excellence and regulatory compliance, I solve supply chain challenges and continuously improve all logistics functions.

I worked closely with customers and focused on managing customs clearance processes for shipments between our company and the Asia market, particularly Turkey and Georgia. My responsibilities included coordinating directly with clients to ensure smooth documentation flow, supporting import/export procedures, and handling all customs-related requirements. I acted as a key point of contact for resolving clearance issues, maintaining compliance with local and international regulations, and ensuring timely delivery of goods. This role strengthened my communication skills and deepened my knowledge of international trade practices specific to the Turkish and Georgian markets.

I was responsible for overseeing daily team operations and ensuring performance targets were met. My key responsibilities included creating and monitoring KPIs to track team efficiency, productivity, and service quality. I provided hands-on support to team members, offered training and guidance when needed, and helped resolve escalated issues. I also worked closely with management to improve workflows, implement best practices, and maintain a positive and results-driven team environment. This role allowed me to develop strong leadership skills and a solid understanding of performance management and team coordination.
