With an extensive track record in fitness including operations, sales, marketing, and tech, Dana has helped organizations excel in the fitness industry for nearly two decades. He currently serves as acting Chairman of InTouch Technology, and GM of EGYM North America. His background includes a variety of successful leadership roles. 🔹 Experience As Sr. Vice President of a leading chain of Gold’s Gym clubs, Dana recruited and developed an exceptional team while overseeing the implementation of member acquisition, retention, and programming strategies that led to significant improvements in operating results. Further, he led location, revenue, and EBITDA growth during his time at GGNW. ‣ As Sr. Vice President at ABC Fitness Services, he advised top U.S. gym operators as clients and assisted them in their implementation of technologies, systems, and reporting to enhance operating performance and fuel expansion. ‣ As a key executive and investor in the fitness technology firm InTouch Technology, he oversaw product development, sales, marketing, and strategic initiatives delivering best-in-class CRM solutions for leading brands. ‣ As the current GM for EGYM North America, Dana is responsible for North American clients seeking to leverage technologies that improve member experience in health clubs, gyms, and other verticals including YMCA, Active Aging, and Hospitality, among others. ‣ In addition to his work in the fitness industry, Dana serves as Past President and Board Member of the Foundation for Community Betterment, a 501(c)(3) non-profit dedicated to helping people in immediate need via volunteerism, grants, and fundraising events. 🔹 Expertise ‣ Broad experience in recruiting, developing, and leading diverse teams in technology development, marketing, and sales. ‣ Extensive expertise in health club, gym, and fitness business models, including operations, technology application, marketing, sales, retention and acquisition strategies. ‣ Dana has contributed to mature, high-growth, and turnaround businesses.
