The WiSER (Women in Sustainability, Environment & Renewable Energy) Pioneers Program is an impact-focused platform led by Masdar (Abu Dhabi Future Energy Company) dedicated for women to play an active role in addressing global sustainability challenges. This is a year-long program which kicks-off at Abu Dhabi Sustainability Week, one of the world’s largest sustainability gatherings. The program explores the crucial role that women play in achieving the Sustainable Development Goals.

In the Sustainability and Low Carbon Sector. Worked on several projects: -Drafted the sustainability reports and the 1st corporate social responsibility (CSR) report for Sharjah Electricity and Water Authority (SEWA) -Created an Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) manual for Tristar Group. -Involved in writing an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA/IEE) report. -Helped establish GE3S’s first Sustainability Report, during which I have collected data from employees in all offices and drafted the sustainability report for the company. - Sustainable Blogger: Writing blogs related to energy, environment, and sustainability. -Learnt about Green building rating systems (LEED).

Traineeship at the Radio Astronomy Laboratory under the supervision of Dr. Ilias Fernini. Main tasks include analyzing the data generated by receiving radio waves from the radio antenna system, using Radio Skypipe, Radio Jupiter Pro and WavePad Sound Editor to find radio waves of the sun and Jupiter, specifically since NASA announced that it can hear Jupiter’s sound, Jupiter’s sound has become an important target for astronomical centers and agencies in general and the Sharjah Center for Astronomy and Space Science in particular.

I worked as a graphic designer in the Department of Nuclear Energy Engineering at the University of Sharjah. The part-time job collaborated with the The Career Advising & Student Training Office (CASTO).
