The Minister of Contemporary Worship focuses on training and developing leadership in the organization as well as developing a community for people to thrive in. They provide both grouped and individual leadership; as well as organize and recruit volunteers for the successful development of weekly programs in a high pressure, live production setting. This role also includes being a partner in both the strategic short and long-term planning of organizational growth, as well curating environment atmosphere, in concert with the senior management and other staff members. This position also is in charge of maintaining and improving all technology in all a variety of venues on campus.
