As a Program Manager at MICROS-Retail I have ultimate accountability for the successful delivery of all ecommerce software projects in my program. I deliver projects in my program on time and on budget by coordinating diverse resources including internal, client, and applicable third party vendors. I have P&L responsibility for my program and direct management responsibility over all project managers assigned to my projects. My project teams are comprised of project managers, software engineers, user experience designers, interface developers, creative art directors and quality assurance personnel. I perform account management duties for many of my clients and am responsible for client satisfaction and retention, SOW creation and execution, and identification of potential sales opportunities to existing customers.

I currently work in the Customer Management Office for Oracle Retail and Hospitality Applications. My focus is on businesses adopting our cloud service offerings. I am a main point of contact for clients throughout the Oracle Cloud Services Life Cycle ensuring that they are successful with their implementations whether they utilize Oracle Consulting or a third party integrator. Post implementation my focus is to make sure they are successfully utilizing their cloud offerings to meet business objectives and ensure they renew when their subscription period comes to an end.
