Anstar is a Leeds based specialty chemicals start-up company and exclusive UK representatives of Jiuri New Materials, the worlds largest producer of Photoinitiators. Our products are key raw materials in the manufacturing of UV curable inks, coatings, resins, adhesives, cosmetics and varnishes. My role involves; - Managing key accounts in the UK & Europe - New business development across the UK and EMEA - Managing sales operations, order processing and logistics - Stock management and planning at our UK and EU warehouses - Direct line manager responsibilities to the Technical Sales Associates - Management of strategic distribution partners in Europe - Sales forecasts, annual budgets and targets - Market analysis and trends - Providing technical support on new product development

We are sole UK distributors for the whole Faulhaber Group, including Minimotor, Precistep, MPS and Piezomotor. Complimentary products include iron-core DC motors from KAG, stepper motors and brushed DC motors from Nidec Servo and brushed and brushless gear motors from Nidec Motors & Actuators. In addition we distribute high quality linear actuators and telescopic columns from SKF and Mingardi.

Employed as a Sales Executive for an online training organisation during a working holiday in Australia. The role was to cold call job seekers and sell high value diploma level qualifications in a pressurised telesales environment. My passion for sales, along with previous experience and graduate training allowed me to exceed KPI's each month and achieve some of the highest results and commission in the company.
