Headed up the opening of the New Look Men Store in Bolton with supporting functions. Recruited, inducted and trained my team of staff members and supervisors in line with company and my own expectations. The store is the 9th standalone to be opened in the business and I take an important role of maintaining the brand vision in line with the expansion plan and growth of the company.
