Spearheaded the establishment of a robust product organization from inception, serving as the first hire and growing the team to 10, including product management, design, product implementation and solutions, and data analytics. A key contributor in growing the company from 10 to 60+ team members and from seed to Series A.

Determined the strategy for one of the three product lines of the SessionM platform, focusing on the expansion of the product into the travel and hospitality vertical. Guided multiple product development teams in this multi-year effort, working closely with two enterprise-level reference customers for discovery of the new use cases required. Acquired by Mastercard in October 2019.
