The Medworxx’ Executive Team experienced leaders in healthcare, sales, marketing, IT development, and finance The Medworxx Patient Flow solution currently serves over 40% of the acute care beds in Canada. Founded in 2004, Medworxx Inc. was a publicly traded on the TSX Venture Exchange. The share price rose from .06 cents a share in 2008 to .60 cents a share in 2015. Medworxx was successfully sold in October 2015 to Atlanta based Aptean Corporation a Vista Equity Company for .56 cents a share.
