As the Sales Manager of West Marine’s primary HUB store in Washington state, my job is first and foremost to meet the stores retail and wholesale sales goals for the day, week, month and year. Doing that requires focus on providing excellent service to our customers both at retail and through our Port Supply wholesale division with smooth day to day management of the sales floor.
