The approach integrates a strategic vision with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring every decision adds value to our operations. Our efforts have resulted in a streamlined, cost-effective fleet system, reinforcing our commitment to operational excellence. Previously, as part of the Reece Group's leadership, we successfully managed over 3000 fleet assets, aligning them with the supply chain's last mile strategy, allowing us to establish robust supplier partnerships while developing and refining procurement systems.
