Summer Internship in the Engineering department of a Metal & Composite Fiberglass Manufacturer. Components were designed and assembled internally for Specialty Vehicle Cabs for use in semi truck, bus, agriculture, and military industries. Designed projects including up to 500 sub-components in 2D design.

Closing management role for a staff of 6-10 salesman. Electronic sales designed to analyze a customer's needs, and to provide a cost effective solution. Other managerial duties such as inventory, stock transfers, lock-up and opening, and customer satisfaction management. Was also salesman during this time; 2nd highest store sales average behind store manager on a 25-30 hour work week.

Hopkins Mfg. purchased the assets of F3 Brands in April of 2012. Large Scale Plastics Consumer Goods Manufacturer, USA manufacturing facility. Product/ Project Engineer in the R&D department for the development of Consumer Products for many brands such as RhinoGear, SubZero, 2X4 Basics, FloTool, Hopkins Towing. Key roles include concept development, preparing 3D designs and cost estimates, build working prototypes, final part design engineering, developing quality improvements, and testing of prototypes and production parts while guiding each project from the conception phase through daily production. Other duties include improving flow layouts for production floor manufacturing to reduce complexity and find cost reductions, upkeep on current drawings, models, and the CTQ requirements for existing product lines, and mitigating issues during day to day operations.

* Drafting design and engineering of Horizon forklift battery project. * Implemented work instructions, build sheets with cost specifications, and purchase requisitions. * Designed all 2-D & 3-D CAD drawings, updated drawings, and designed hardware for project. * Built and tested Horizon forklift battery packs. (hands-on builds) * Conducted QA first analysis quality checks on incoming products for project. * R & D Design work of two new Horizon Battery Footprints. * Preparation, Building, and Cell Stacking of all prototype battery cells. * Formation, Activation, and Testing of new Prototype Batteries. * Wrote, conducted, and programmed all Maccor & Bitrode test programs to activate Cells.

* Six Different Projects * Hired for 2D CAD Design * Worked after high school, 2 hours with Plant Mgr. / 4 hours * only staff in department * Projects were to develop specialized automation equipment for other companies. * Would work with Manager to determine general design and purchased buy-out components; and I would develop all of the drawings, hydraulic & pneumatic layouts, building assembly specifications, and BOM's. In-house shop would create many of the metal components. Would assist in the assembly of machine when all components were ready.

Program Manager in Engineering office tasked with streamlining and tracking Projects. Develop Gantt Charts to track project progress, materials, and resource allocation. Worked to make an impact within this dynamic team! Managed outside Laboratories, such as CE Markings for NEW product line. Worked with engineers and projects within KMT Waterjet, Aqua Dyne, and McCartney. Completed Design Development for several entities of Waterjet Holdings
