Direct Materials Management Group including purchasing, master planning, shop floor planning, demand management and import planning for a $500M furniture company. Responsible for attaining KPIs associated with all inventory including finished goods, WIP, and raw material. Maintain an 18 month global supply, sales and inventory plan through the S&OP process. Support and coordinate with VPs and directors of sales, development, finance, marketing, and manufacturing operations to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and plant efficiency. Interface with multiple regions and global businesses to facilitate efficiency, manage growth, and negotiate supply. Oversee all plant related activities regarding planning and scheduling from raw materials to finished goods.

Responsible for implementing supply chain planning projects for the $4 billion Consumer division. These projects reduced inventory while exceeding customer requirements. Developed a robust capacity planning model which balanced the requirements against capabilities of 7 North American plants.

Responsible for planning the supply of inventory to meet customer requirements for a $1.4 billion company division. Developed gross capacity requirements, supply constraints and sourcing locations both regional and global. Coordinated with VPs of sales, development, marketing and manufacturing operations to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and plant efficiency.

Managed all operational aspects for three 3PL distribution centers located in the Northeast. These distribution centers had a total of 2.4 million sq. ft., $80 million of transportation expenditures, and $138 million of finished goods inventory. Created, maintained and adhered to a $21M budget. Responsible for dedicated premium delivery service fleet of 19 tractors and 49 trailers. Oversaw aged inventory, shipping compliance, and distribution of new products.

Managed the productivity, safety, quality, customer service, efficiency and cost effectiveness for 3 union distribution centers located nationwide. The distribution centers had a total of 2 million sq. ft.

Oversaw all plant activities regarding planning and scheduling from raw materials to finished goods. Responsible for the conception, implementation and maintenance of kanban inventory systems in the factory.
