A little bit about me After my school & college years; I attended University of Derby, studying Business Management & Popular Music Production (Joint Honours) - during my time at uni; I represented both the Performing Arts & Business faculties as an Ambassador and my role was to take part in Open Days throughout the academic calendar - giving tours around main campus to the next generation of undergraduates. Along with my academical activities; I represented the university in sport - playing both Rugby Union & American Football Since leaving university, I went to a Housing Association role manning the phones and assisting residents with queries regarding rent and repairs - and during that role I did a secondment in the Finance department working in Accounts Receivable. Following, Housing Association role I moved into my unified communications role at ScanSource, where I spent 3 years, with 1 year working from home due to the pandemic. ScanSource opened my eyes to the world of unified communications and vast industry that lays within it. As an Asset Manager, I was responsible for ordering and maintaining stock, setting up commercials, resolving finance queries and providing the necessary tools for our sales team to sell our vendors products. Consequently due to the selling of European business and the pandemic, my time at ScanSource had to come to an abrupt end……however I would soon reunite with some of my former ScanSource alumni at Nuvias UC. With Nuvias I was a Vendor Operations Specialist where I worked with similar vendors as I did at ScanSource and effectively worked the same responsibilities as I did previously. After a rather “sour” end to my time at Nuvias - I moved into my current role at Westcoast as a Product Manager.
