* Allocation of staff to ensure department quota's are met, as well as ensuring enough coin stock is produced for the packing of orders, an ensuring the timely packing and dispatch of said orders * Liaising with Morning & Night shifts, Centre Management, and external carriers/contractors to maintain smooth day to day operations and maximise customer satisfaction * Inputting of stock movements, orders and corrections to workbooks * Balancing of Vault * Overseeing of vault counts and balancing of the vault daily, maintaining all day to day tasks are carried out by staff to maximum standards * Ensuring company policy and procedure are followed at all times

* Operating and maintaining Scancoin Bullion, Scancoin 4000 and Gainsborough coin counting and sorting machines * Batching and amalgamation of coin orders for packing and dispatch via CCS financial software package * Packing of coin orders for dispatch, including balancing of remaining coin and the tracking down and correction of any discrepancies or wrongly packed orders * Searching of staff or visitors on arrival or leaving of the coin centre * Checking and maintaining the site perimeter, for safety and security of stock and staff * Moving of coin about the premises in preparation for counting and sorting * Performing vault counts to check all coin stock is present and correctly stored, and the investigation and/or escalation of any found discrepancies
