About
Mr. Dan Graham serves as CFO of Collibra and oversees the organization's legal, GRC, finance, accounting, treasury, IT, sales operations, sales compensation, payroll and procurement functions. Mr Graham has more than 24 years of cloud software and SaaS experience, with a proven track record of helping both start-ups and global public companies accelerate and achieve profitable growth. During his career, Mr Graham has helped lead three successful sell-side exits with combined enterprise value of over $7B, raised debt and equity, participated in multiple business recapitalizations and guided the strategy and integration of 11 buy-side M&A transactions. In addition, he's helped two companies make the transition from on-premise to Cloud software. Before joining Collibra, Mr. Graham served as CFO of Brightly Software (aka Dude Solutions) where he led the sale of that business to Siemens for $1.9B and generated a 3X+ return for shareholders (Clearlake being the majority PE owner) in that transaction. Prior to that, we was the CFO of Allbridge; and prior to Allbridge, he was the CFO and COO of Mercurygate International, where he led the successful sale of MercuryGate to Summit Partners, which created a 4X+ MOIC for shareholders, including the then PE owner, Warburg Pincus. Prior to Mercurygate, Dan was the CFO of Scytl Secure Electronic Voting, S.A, a Spanish, VC backed Saas technology firm focused on automating and streamlining election related processes. Prior to Scytl, he served as Global Vice President of Finance and Division CFO of SAP’s $1.5B+ in revenue Chief Customer Office within the SAP Cloud (NYSE: SAP) business unit. Before SAP, Dan held multiple divisional CFO roles within Ariba’s (NASDAQ: ARBA) global commercial organization where he helped drive significant growth and scale – including rapid international expansion in both developed and emerging markets. In addition, while at Ariba, Mr. Graham helped lead Ariba through several strategic initiatives including transitioning its business model from a traditional enterprise software application vendor to a SaaS/cloud company resulting in significant increased shareholder value, with Ariba’s equity market capitalization increasing from approximately $400 million to over $5 billion at the time of the company’s sale to SAP in 2012. In addition, Mr. Graham spent several years in investment banking where he advised companies on various M&A transactions. Dan received his bachelor’s degree in finance and marketing from the University of Pittsburgh.

MG was a $40M business when I joined and we doubled the size of the business to ~$80M by the time I left 3.5 years later.
