- Responsible for developing the men's, women's and boys accessories line from concept to finished product. -Create and Maintain line plans and tracking reports for category. -Communicate with overseas vendors to ensure prototypes and SMS are ordered and received correctly and on time. -Negotiate costs with vendors and create gross margin report to ensure margin requirements are met.

Create and develop prototypes for production. Contribute creative insight into new designs and revised products Work with a large team to ensure tight deadlines are met and products are up to company standard.

-Design and development work in multiple product categories. Including new design ideation, existing product revisions, colorway creation, and techpack creation and adjustments for departments such as footwear, hardgoods, accessories, and softgoods.

-Manager for team of 5 employees -High-end, all-inclusive, customized customer service for 37 residential apartments -Maintained property accounting records, market surveys, and leasing reports -Implemented social media and print marketing strategies resulting in 98% occupancy of residences -Developed positive relationships with all residents, tenants, and vendors -Managed the flow of information regarding all resident arrangements,requested research, purchasing, deliveries and maintenance services

Assisted with 3D modeling, production and final development of product.
