Part of a mobilisation to a NEC4 contract for Wellcome Genome Campus which lead to me being promoted to Technical manager for the enterprise data centre and SAP for HV/LV operations across the campus. Executed the fixed wire testing of the data centre and led the project, created SOP/EOP's from scratch for the operation team and worked closely with the customer in ensuring 100% uptime during end of life projects and fixed wire testing.

Deputy to the data centre manager, the role consisted of leading maintenance and reactive tasks of the data centre. Managing contractors and creating change requests for the approval of the customer. I was responsible HVAP for all switching activities across the campus that the data centre was on which included pharmaceutical.

Wellcome Genome Campus

Part of the mobilisation team for Schroder's 1LWP which was designed to be the first smart building in London. Attending witness testing and IST for MEP equipment for the critical building and responsible for documenting snags, part of the hand over process from base build then fit out to then the customer moving into the build. Skills achieved from this process: - Writing HV/LV switching schedules from new - Creating EOP/SOP's - Managing snag lists and contractors to perform them - Creating log books and managing them in operations

First introduction to building maintenance in critical building from general maintenance and repairs to becoming a HVAP for the first time. This is where I led my first out of hours building shutdown as a HV AP.

The beginning of my career as an apprentice in electrical engineering, this included working on the production of PFC and harmonic filters. After the apprenticeship I moved on to installing and maintaining the PFC and harmonic filters in industrial and commercial environments nation wide. Also the role included connecting and reviewing harmonic/power quality surveys to understand the customers needs.
