I am focused on business development, ensuring I match business hiring requirements tailoring my service to find the best candidate for what they need. My general manager position involved managing a busy cafe with approx 15 staff members and a kitchen team ensuring both departments uphold high health and safety regulations and maintain excellent service standards. I am confident in leading a team ensuring the store is kept to high standards managing business needs appropriately to meet sales targets. One of my favourite parts of the role is focusing on business development in line with sales projections for the business.
