Manage and lead the structural design of below selected mega projects and super tall buildings Did concept design, schematic design, detail design, construction drawings & design administration - The Address Boulevard Hotel, Dubai - 80 story ranks 32nd tallest building in the world at 370 m - The Ciel Hotel Tower, Dubai, U.A.E - Once completed will be the tallest hotel building in the world - Iran Office Tower - 10 basements & 400 m tall, will be the tallest building in IRAN - Vida Zabeel Residences - 2 tower at more than 300 m tall, cost approximately AED 1.5 billion - Landmark Tower, Dubai U.A.E - B+G+70 story at 300 m tall (in progress) - The Address Sky Views - Dubai newest iconic twin tower linked together cost approx. AED 2 billion - Iran Mall - largest mall in the world w/ area > 2,000,000 sq. m cost approx. US$ 2 billion - Vida Residences, Downtown, Dubai, U.A.E - a 3B+G+3P+58+2=65 floors tower at 232 m tall. - Vida Res. is the first 200 m tower built in U.A.E using Cobiax Slab System w/ 4-5 day cycle / floor Being NORR's Design Integration Director, other task is to make sure that all disciplines (Architecture, M&E, Structural, ID and others) are well integrated minimizing possible clashes using 3D BIM Revit and design is properly collaborated using BIM 360.

Managed and lead the structural department both design and construction administration. Listed below are selected mega projects and super tall building where my involvement are either partial or complete involvement in either design or construction support and management. -The MahaNhakon Tower, Bangkok Thailand - 80 story & tallest building in the Thailand at 314 m -Saigon Pearl Development, HCMC, Vietnam - 6 towers, B+G+3P+38=43 floors and 155 m high ea. -Saigon MC Tower HCMC, Vietnam - 5 B+G+4 P+40+RF=46 story at 185 m high. -Spring Mill Mixed Development - Mumbai, India - 3 towers, B+G+40=42 story each at 150 m.

Listed below are some selected tall buildings where I was partially / completely involved either in the design or construction support or both. - The Jumeirah Beach Resort Sector 3, Dubai, U.A.E. - 7 towers, B+G+P+27 to 45 story, 210 m tallest. - The Horizon Tower, Dubai U.A.E, a tower of 3B+G+P+50=55 floors at 190 m tall. - The Arenco Tower ( AAM tower), Dubai, U.A.E, a tower of G+10P+48+2=61 story at 244 m high. - The Sheikh Zayed Tower, Dubai, U.A.E, a tower of B+G+3P+65=70 floors at 280 m tall.

US$ 640 Million - Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Philippines- using 3D Geographic Information System GIS, was responsible for coordination of all civil engineering , infrastructure and utilities for BGC. - Mui Center, Metro-Manila, Philippines - 3 towers, 6B+G+3P+40 to 65, 72 story tallest at 260 m - Al Sari Res. Tower, Dubai Marina, U.A.E - tower of 3B+G+P+45=50 floors and 190 m tall Did design review and evaluation of the following buildings for BESC/Taguig City Endorsements - Pacific Plaza Residential, BGC, Taguig City, Philippines - 2 towers 53 story each at 179 m tall. - Essensa East residential, BGC, Taguig City, Philippines - 2 towers 4B+G+32 each - Manila Golf Crest, BGC, Taguig City, Philippines - one tower 43 story - One Mc Kinley Place, BGC, Taguig City, Philippines - one tower 4B+43 story - Regent Parkway, BGC, Taguig City, Philippines - one tower 3B+35 story
