CBRE´s property management contracts cover all aspects of logistic properties operations in multi-tenants buildings such as financial planning, condo managing, supervising third part contractors for security services, building maintenance, soft and hard services, industrial restaurants among others. CBRE´s PM department is specialized in providing high quality services for real estate funds and property owners who demand a state of the art asset management.

- As operations manager for Herzog´s property management department i was responsible for a portfolio of 12 logistic sites owned by different companies with a total GLA (gross leasing area) of 450.000 square meters. - management of facilities services contracts such as security, front desk, cleaning, gardening among others. - responsible for the management of manteinance contracts such as eletric system, power generators, waste treatment, AC, Fire detection, among others. - responsible for developing, aproving and controlling of the annual budgets for 12 sites.

Tellus-la is the 10th biggest company in the contact center market in Brazil. The Company has about 4500 employees and 3000 of those are in Brazil. There are 5 operational sites in Brazil located in the cities of São Paulo and Barueri totalizing a constructed area of 193.750 square feet. As the facilities manager i am responsible to provide full and high quality support to the company´s core business in the country trough the management of a team up to 100 people including in source and outsourced personnel.
