My role centers on high-level sales operations, MRM/CRM leadership, and cross-department alignment — ensuring that the company’s pipeline, processes, and client engagement strategies operate with clarity and efficiency. I advise the marketing department on positioning, digital direction, and category targeting, helping align campaigns and messaging with business objectives without being involved in day-to-day execution. In parallel, I contribute to business development by identifying opportunities, refining outreach structures, and supporting initiatives that strengthen long-term relationships with key B2B sectors. With a background in front-end development and UI/UX, I add strategic input to the improvement of our digital assets and client-facing touchpoints, ensuring they support conversion, brand consistency, and a professional user experience.

As a freelance front-end developer, I built responsive, high-performance websites and web applications for a variety of clients and personal projects. My work focused on clean code, scalable architecture, and user-first design — translating ideas into functional, elegant interfaces. I worked with modern front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Tailwind CSS, and Git. Projects ranged from landing pages and multi-page business sites to dashboard interfaces and component libraries. This role allowed me to sharpen my skills in UI/UX principles, cross-browser compatibility, and performance optimization — while managing projects independently from planning to deployment.
