* Responsible for supplier selection and product sourcing from design, to prototype though production. * Created quotation packages, negotiated and administered contracts in support of a JIT manufacturing line. * Maintained excellent supplier relations in the areas of injection molded plastics, sheet metal, weldments, stampings, castings, machine parts, molded foam, assemblies and capital tooling expenditures. * Negotiated cost reductions that averaged $650,000 cost savings per year. * Earned membership in the Million Dollar Savings Club for contributions to the cost effectiveness program.

* Oversee the Purchasing and Supply Chain for Japans second largest seating manufacture. Started as Senior Buyer and was quickly promoted to a Management role. Experience in purchasing all commodities. * Instituted over 10 million dollars in cost savings while sourcing a new program with new suppliers. * Spending responsibility of over 150 million dollars. * Successfully launched two new programs for Nissan at a new facility for a new joint venture company.
