With over 10 years of experience in Executive Leadership and Entrepreneurship, he brings deep expertise in operations management, business strategy, leadership, and project execution. He holds a Masters Degree in Social Psychology and Agric Business Management. Before Co-Founding Pastures, Oladamola served as General Manager at TL Farms an Agro Processing Company and Executive Administrator at HillCity Foundation a non Profit Organization that empowers young people to discover, develop and deploy their potentials maximally. Oladamola is Passionate about driving social and economic impact through innovation and collaboration, he is committed to growing Pastures Nigeria into a leading and trusted platform that delivers quality fresh produce to millions across Nigeria and Africa.
