Facilitates the rebuild and modernization of oilfield rigs from the ground up, leading electrical, automation, instrumentation, and control system design activities from concept through deployment, field installation, and operational handover. Designs and integrates PLC/SCADA architectures, embedded control systems, and field instrumentation including load cells, pressure transducers, encoders, RTDs, and 4–20 mA devices to support Coil Tubing and Wireline operations in demanding oilfield environments. Produces detailed AutoCAD electrical, control, and wiring drawings, including panel layouts, termination diagrams, loop drawings, and as-built documentation for new builds, retrofits, and system upgrades. Develops and maintains multi-platform system integrations across PLCs, embedded devices, HMIs, SCADA platforms, and backend data systems using CANbus, Modbus, MQTT, OptoMMS, and serial communication protocols. Builds and optimizes real-time monitoring, logging, and data pipelines using Node-RED, InfluxDB, and SQL databases to enhance data acquisition, operational visibility, diagnostics, and engineering decision-making. Leads system redesign initiatives aimed at improving reliability, operational efficiency, maintainability, and lifecycle cost reduction while operating under harsh environmental and operational constraints. Supports system commissioning, calibration, and live-operation troubleshooting, serving as a technical escalation point for complex electrical, instrumentation, automation, and control system issues during field operations.

• Manage client relationships and deliver technical solutions for automotive, production, and power management systems. • Design, install, and maintain embedded systems (including Arduino and ESP32), automation workflows (using VFDs and Allen-Bradley PLCs programmed with Studio 5000 Logix Designer and FactoryTalk software), and customized power management solutions. • Manage industrial networking protocols and communication interfaces. • Coordinate programming, maintenance and quality control for automotive/robotic, production, and electrical/electronic systems, including automated conveyor, pick and place, bottle filling, and packaging systems. • Lead projects in implementing essential services, signage systems, and IoT/smart home solutions. • Calibrate and repair a range of electronic and mechanical instruments, including HMIs and PLCs from various brands (Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi, Siemens, Omron, IQAN), to ISO 9001 standards. • Implement networking, automation, and monitoring solutions using communication protocols such as RS232, RS485, CAN bus, LAN, and RF for secure and compliant operations. • Integrate APIs to bring in special effects and capabilities into the automation systems, such as connecting to WhatsApp to receive important production line states or critical fault reports in real-time. • Automate access control, delivery, and security systems for financial institutions like Citibank. • Contribute to the Smart Lagos Project by deploying smart meters and web-based dashboards for the Lagos State Government. • Automate vault, personalization, and delivery systems for credit card production factories of Mastercard, Visa, and Verve, in compliance with industry regulations.
