I played a pivotal role in its inception as the company's fourth employee, defining the technical foundations of the information system and contributing to the structuring of the IT team. Backend: - Designed a NodeJS backend architecture (Clean Architecture) based on the Nest framework, exposing GraphQL APIs (Apollo). - Managed a monorepo codebase with Nx and TypeScript. - Established best practices, including Clean Architecture principles and the structuring of the NoSQL database (MongoDB). - Implemented CI/CD in collaboration with DevOps/SecOps (GitlabCI, AWS). - Developed a Data-First-oriented architecture in close collaboration with Data Scientists and physicians. Mobile: - Architected the mobile application for patients using React-Native. - Consumed GraphQL APIs through GraphQL-Codegen and React-Query. - Implemented state management using Zustand. - Automated testing/deployment processes with Bitrise and Fastlane. - Utilized TypeScript for the codebase. Security: - Developed under stringent security and confidentiality constraints, including end-to-end encryption, pseudonymization, and compliance with HDS/HIPAA standards. - Implemented the authentication/authorization stack, initially based on Auth0 and later transitioning to Firebase. Management: - Coordinated and supervised a team of experienced engineers (both mobile and backend). - Actively participated in IT recruitments, contributing to the growth of the team to 70 employees. - Served as the SCRUM Master for the team.

With a user base exceeding one million enthusiastic players, the company specializes in developing a variety of games tailored for football enthusiasts. Nøelse is a young Neo Bank based in Angers, offering an innovative alternative to traditional banks. I was tasked with establishing the foundational elements of the mobile application for clients during the early stages when Nøelse was still in the project phase. Mobile: - Defined the technical stack for a new "mobile-first" banking application (Neo Bank). - Assisted in defining requirements through workshops, mockups, and design sessions. - Provided training to internal teams on React Native and its specificities, as no internal members were involved in mobile development at that time. - Technical oversight of the mobile department. - Implemented a comprehensive authentication system based on OAuth 2.0. - Implemented a cross-platform OpenAPI generator (Server, Mobile, and Web). - Established a continuous integration platform for mobile development using Fastlane and Jenkins.
