As Managing Director of MRG Systems, I lead the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of a software business focused on helping organisations bring their data to life.At the heart of our work is LiveSpace, a digital signage CMS and content delivery platform used by clients across retail, gyms, government, casinos, and healthcare. Our mission is simple: to help businesses visualise the data that matters and deliver it clearly, effectively, and at scale.With over 35 years in software development, I began my career as a developer before progressing through Development Manager and Technical Director roles to Managing Director. This technical foundation continues to shape the way I lead, combining deep architectural understanding with a strong focus on practical delivery.My core strengths lie in leadership, project delivery, and problem-solving. I take an analytical yet creative approach to challenges, focusing on building robust, scalable solutions that deliver real-world results. I’ve also led the adoption of agile methodologies within our development teams, significantly improving efficiency, collaboration, and product focus.I’m passionate about people as much as technology.
