Selected Engagements: • Lasko — Served as Interim Director of Sourcing; stabilized global suppliers, strengthened Mexico operations, implemented governance and KPIs, standardized sourcing workflows, and delivered multimillion-dollar COGS improvements while supporting inventory reduction. • Luminex — Strengthened sourcing-centric operating model; formalized supplier qualification and development standards; improved testing governance; reduced after-sales issues; improved packaging durability; and increased material consistency across global partners. • Cohere Beauty — Led nearshoring feasibility, tariff and should-cost modeling, supplier capability assessment, and POC prototyping to validate Mexico readiness and deliver a blended global sourcing strategy that reduces risk and improves margin structure. • Shelmex — Designed cross-functional operating model; clarified roles and processes; strengthened supply chain leadership; improved quoting discipline; built category strategies; and established a repeatable U.S.–Mexico collaboration model to support growth and opportunity conversion.
