I own and run a Property Development Company & Investment alongside my wife. Over the past year and a half, I have managed budgeting, forecasting & financial planning to ensure project profitability & compliance is achieved. This wasn’t possible without comprehensive market research to identify best opportunities & investments. We currently have 4 properties in the process of renovation which are project managed by myself in my spare time with a further 4 currently tenanted.

My role at Principality Plastics Warehouse was to ensure the smooth running of the Branch Network (3 Branches, forty-eight members of staff) with special emphasis on staff training, stock control and running the branches within budget. I also managed and maintained our fast and efficient delivery service, ensured customer satisfaction at all times, as well as achieving all performance goals. During the 7 years of working at Principality Plastics Warehouse I drove and managed many projects which were detrimental in the 53% increase in turnover, achieving an outlay of 9 million pound in 2022.

I joined the armed forces at the age of 17, and served 11 years in the Royal Welsh, as an armoured infantry soldier. I was one of the fasted promoted Lance Corporals in my regiment within 12 months. I then undertook my snippers course and was 1 of only 2 soldiers out of 50 to pass. I continued my journey undertaking all training I could and was promoted to a Corporal within the Infantry Company, in charge of 8 soldiers. I then specialised and joined reconnaissance plt where i qualified as a Sargent. Due to an injury, I was medically discharged in 2016 and unable to serve my 24 years.
