Key Responsibilities: • Responsibility for the strategy and development of the Maintenance function across the group (multi-site) • Standardization of processes, tools, and KPIs for maintenance across all locations • Development and execution of a long-term technical strategy aligned with business objectives • Oversight of technical efficiency and reliability of the machinery fleet • Initiation and delivery of key transformation programs (Smart Maintenance, MES, CMMS) • Development and implementation of RCM standards across the organization • Collaboration with the Management Board and key stakeholders on strategic technology direction • Building and developing maintenance team capabilities across multiple sites • Oversight of external partners and service providers supporting maintenance operations • Analysis of technical and operational data, including cross-site benchmarking • Driving a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and accountability across the organization

As Maintenance Manager, I am responsible for ensuring the continuous maintenance of machinery, equipment and automation systems by supervising their smooth operation. Optimizing the production process, monitoring the efficiency of the department's work, conducting the required maintenance of machines. Analysis of the causes and consequences of failures and control of the repairs performed. Supervision of spare parts management. Supervision of timely implementation of machine and equipment inspections and calibration of measuring devices.

Supervise, control and coordinate the work of a subordinate team of employees. - Implementation and organization of tasks in the assigned area in the field of maintenance and overhaul resulting from the WPP by: monthly and timely preparation of schedules of planned maintenance and overhaul of critical equipment, coordination of the implementation of planned scopes of work with supervision of the registration of maintenance and overhaul activities, implementation of the applicable procedure in the case of emergency repairs, supervision of the quantitative and qualitative provision of materials and spare parts, provision and recording of material waste. - Control of the correctness of the maintenance and repair activities performed and the manner of carrying out repair and maintenance work in terms of compliance with GMP, UDT, occupational health and safety and fire regulations. - Organization of the workstation of indirectly subordinate employees in accordance with the regulations and rules of occupational safety, providing employees with personal protective equipment and protective clothing and supervising their use in accordance with the regulations. - Ensures the safe and hygienic condition of the work premises and technical equipment, and acquaints subordinate employees with occupational safety and health regulations and rules. - Orders and supervises repair work to other services on behalf of production departments. - Submitting proposals for the procurement of parts of machinery, equipment and technological installations, as well as the current need for technical materials for maintenance. - Participating in the commissioning of production units to and after scheduled shutdowns and overhauls. - Analyzing the causes and consequences of breakdowns. Organizing “brainstorming” or “5x why meetings” and taking appropriate notes.
