Project Experience – Services provided under CCMS (Aust) Pty Ltd Nexus Delivery: Toowoomba Second Range Crossing – Toowoomba QLD Role: Commercial Advisor: 2015 to current Contract management services to NEXUS Delivery for the implementation of the Design & Construct of the $1.6 billion Toowoomba Second Range Crossing Project. Role included periods as Acting Commercial Manager and Contracts Manager during transition periods of permanent staff in these senior positions. Focus given on Client and State liaison for presentation and negotiate of claims for resolution of disputes on Queensland’s largest infrastructure project. Downer Infrastructure Services Ltd – Infrastructure/Rail Projects Role: Commercial and Contract Management Services Provided commercial and contract support to assist and advise the project teams in starting up of the Adelaide Light Rail, Newcastle Light Rail and Sydney Growth Train projects. Also provided ongoing commercial management services during the execution and completion of the Cherwell Creek Bridge project Moranbah, including presentation and resolution of all variations and claims. BGC Contracting Pty Ltd: Various Projects Role: Commercial Manager: 2015-2017 Undertook the Commercial Manager role on the East Coast for BGC Contracting Pty Ltd. Initially appointed to assist in an anticipated award of major rail and port packages on the Adani project. Subsequently managed the closing out of accounts on multimillion-dollar civil projects; review and provide contract/commercial advice to senor executive management on several civil and mining tenders and managed the start-up of a NSW TMR road/bridge contract awarded in January 2016 as well as two new mining contracts within Queensland.

Appointed Senior Contracts Coordinator within the Queensland Contracts & Legal Business unit

Appointed Senior Commercial Manager on the mega infrastructure projects for the PUTRA Light Rail in Kuala Lumpur and Electified Double Track Project between Ipoh and Rawang. Also involved with UE's diversification into India & Qatar, with the successful award of a number of road and university projects.

Rejoined the Kingsfield Group within the UK as a senior consultant and then appointed Director for the operation of a new branch office in Bangkok Thailand. Provided mangement and contract services to international contractors and developers in Thailand/Malaysia.

Relocated back to UK and worked as a senior consultant providing commercial and contract advice to contractors involved in arbitration and dispute proceedings.

Involved in the preparation of contractual claims and arbitration proceedings in Far East, UAE and Europe. Projects included a large retail/commercial complex in Hong-Kong, military housing complexes in Saudi Arabia and retail centers in UAE.
