• Manage, coach and develop 6 managers and 200 employees • Organize, animate, and manage the various operational teams Manufacturing/Maintenance & Engineering, safety, environment and quality, procurement, expediting, traffic, Cost Control and subcontract administration functions) • Manage the Engineering contractors on site following Danone Contractors Management rules, applying Safety project management internal rules (for Danoners and subcontractors) • Deploy the plan to improve the safety and prevention of accidents at work • Set up and manage the monitoring dashboards of operations related to operational and functional teams and provide financial status reports to management. • Propose and deploy investment plans for process and manufacturing improvement • Establish, organize and pilot the continuous improvement system of the different processes and operating modes • Lead the manufacturing organization following the Danone Ideal Factory principles towards best in class within Danone and industry • Implement new operational strategy • Carry out an effective people agenda together with HR (recruitment, training, performance, development, engagement)

• Manage, coach and develop 6 managers and 100 employees • Develop and execute long-term (5 years) Maintenance vision • Implement Autonomous Maintenance & Preventive Maintenance plan to optimize breakdowns and costs • Manage stock Spare parts • Setting objectives KPI's, roadmap and overall factory maintenance budget • Maintaining a strong network of suppliers, contractors and (local) authorities and authorities • Manage the engineering project portfolio in the investment plans, ensuring that time/cost/quality commitments are met for all projects • Build annual budget plan for investment plans for CAPEX & OPEX • Contribute to the factory master plan • Define an operational policy to be in line with the plant strategy • Make investment choices for the Plant • Contribute to the implementation of the HACCP

• Participate in budgeting and negotiation of investment resources • Priorisation and planification projects • Writing Particular Technical Specifications • Launch and validation the choice of technical solutions • Monitoring and qualification of achievements

• Improving the availability and productivity of the equipment • Controlling and rationalizing maintenance and energy costs • Optimizing management of spare parts • Piloting projects of the rationalization water and preservation of the environment
