Coordinated, organized, and attended hosted campus recruiting events focused on civil, environmental, and electrical engineers, landscape architects, urban planners, and environmental scientist opportunities. Interacted with students and promoted the Kimley-Horn organizational brand. Screened resumes, conducted interviews, performed skills assessments, and evaluated candidates for company positions.

Assisted Head Coach with instruction of athletic skills, strategies, and techniques, and mentored student-athletes by utilizing coaching methodologies in a competitive sports environment. Developed student-athletes' skills and performance during sports competitions by providing strategies and techniques. Assisted with daily operations and management of running practice schedule. Implemented and conducted training programs; assisted with the preparation and implementation of weekly practice and conditioning sessions. Coordinated recruiting event planning and preparation of large swimming home and travel events. Provided skill-level analysis and evaluation of potential recruits. Assessed the needs of the University program and options to assist individual team members' needs. Assisted the Head Coach with other duties to ensure the program's success such as fundraising, operations, and logistics. Assisted head coach in all areas of the swimming program; performed duties as the Recruiting Coordinator. Instructed students in the proper execution of techniques, strategies, and conditioning. Provided education through practice, in-competition adjustments, film study, lecture, individual skill instruction, and other approved teaching methods. Served as Meet Director for select events; abided by all-conference, NCAA, and Colorado College rules, regulations, and bylaws. Utilized video or sport-specific software programs for coaching, instruction, meet preparation, and completion of scouting reports. Recruited highly qualified student-athletes via phone calls, social media, electronic communication, personal visits, and attendance at recruiting events; identified prospects through the use of scouting, video evaluation, or other methods. My job as Assistant Coach requires instructing practices, keeping track of swimmers and time improvements, creating a stable yet fun environment, sharing my knowledge as a college athlete and upholding the standard of the Country Club of Virginia's excellence in swimming and character in and out of the pool.

Creating practices, organizing meets, seeding swimmers into their best events, training and educating swimmers on correct stroke techniques, and motivating young swimmer to be the best they can be.

As a life guard at Salisbury Country Club, I was charged with keeping a watchful eye over the swimming area to ensure safety of the guests, cleaning up facilities and the pool deck, and communicating with guests while checking them in.

Studied rhetoric, communication in the ancient and modern world, developed speaking and communication skills, and immersed myself into a liberal arts education.
