Design, development, fabrication, and manufacturing deployment of test solutions for silicon-germanium RF integrated circuits, primarily cell-phone band low noise amplifiers and downconverters, on Roos and Teradyne A575 automatic test equipment. Designed, built, and debugged test fixtures, wrote and debugged test programs. Participated in integrated product development programs for IC qualification. Worked with all aspects of chip design and manufacturing for product qualification for high-volume production. Ensured quality volume testing of RF ICs in a manufacturing environment. Analyzed test data for individual modules and for module lots for failure detection and analysis, trend analysis, and reliability assurance. Transferred test solutions to low-cost test facility in Ireland. Developed auxiliary hardware for extending ATE capability.
