Delivered $5.8M in negotiated savings with our third-party logistics provider. Also, supports agreement executions for specialty products in our Flagship stores, including WarnerMedia properties like “Friends” and DC Comics, plus accessories for Samsung and LG devices. Took lead on working with suppliers to minimize the impacts from Chinese tariffs and COVID-19 and reporting progress to company’s senior leaders. Also, took lead in 2020 strategic planning, including spend and savings targets, across the sourcing team responsible for consumer premises equipment, broadband & video, and Mobility accessories & packaging.

Responsible for managing device and accessory lifecycle from product launch through end-of-life planning. Primarily focused on Apple and Samsung products. Sales & Operational Planning (S&OP) team works collaboratively with Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, and Inventory Accounting to monitor and plan products in company-owned retail stores, dealers, eComm, direct fulfillment, business, and national retail channels through weekly and monthly forums. S&OP team manages planning systems to facilitate data sharing and collaboration. Oversees metrics reporting, including Dashboard, Scorecard, Governance, S&OP, and product lifecycle.

Work closely with senior leadership to provide strategic guidance and operational support while serving as Chief of Staff in Consumer Supply Chain Shared Services operations. Direct day-to-day activities and initiatives for high-profile, complex projects, and facilitate change to meet all organizational operating, financial, and quality objectives. Leveraged excellent communications, negotiations, and relationship-building skills to lead a cross-functional team in executing process improvement and merger integration plans, including device planning, procurement, logistics, contracting/sourcing, fleet operations, network supply chain, and purchasing activities. Acted as a business partner to senior leadership, participating in strategy planning and managing divisional metrics.
