 30+ years working experience in a variety of product development, business development, manufacturing, and project management roles.  Solid experience in restructuring implementation, monitoring and evaluation of factory facilities set-up in the APAC plants with an estimated manpower total between 1,000- 5,000 operators + staff, respectively. Factory production output circa 1.0 million per month of combined product mix.  Multi-skilled leader with manufacturing and management experience and substantial international manufacturing exposure for various products.  Established the first international lingerie factory and business presence in Bangladesh. Designed the development plan including legal, commercial, and operational aspect of the project.  Mentored the team that set up factories in various countries and implemented process improvements.  Assisted operations improvement in companies in South East Asia, Venezuela, Columbia, and Morocco, CIS.  Implemented improvement in project management methods (i.e. strategic change, organization change and process re-engineering).  Conducted training on various manpower related requirement in different organization on program and projects needed to improve and enhance business.  Work experience includes project property development and renewable energy program advisory tasks.
